Through our first-class training programs you’ll gain the knowledge and skills needed to maximize performance and profits with our Guaranteed Credit Approval (GCA) Program. The Don Foss Selling Techniques, as well as many other best practices from our top performing dealer-partners across the country, will be shared and practiced.
Our training programs, offered through Credit Acceptance University, are held regularly at our corporate training facilities in Southfield, Michigan and Henderson, Nevada, and are required (at no cost) for all new dealer-partners.
2-Day Credit Acceptance Experience
Our 2-Day Credit Acceptance Dealer-Partner Training Program provides an in-depth, activity-based approach to incorporating the GCA Program into your dealership. Owner(s), your Credit Acceptance Manager, and your Sales Managers/F&I Manager(s) should attend.
This course will provide you with a complete understanding of our Business Model, including the three programs available. Topics covered include:
Risk Assessment
Advance Calculation
Don Foss Selling Techniques
Deal Structure Strategies using CAPS (our patented Credit Approval Processing System)
Fast Funding – Process and Guidelines...and More!
Your Market Area Manager (MAM) will also play an important role in your success with our Guaranteed Credit Approval Program. Prior to attending our training program, he/she should work with you and your team to help ensure you have the people, inventory, and lead generation processes in place in order to get started on the right foot. They are also available to review your staffing and compensation plans as well as your sales processes, and provide observations and feedback designed to put you in a position to succeed with our Program in both the short and long term.
Even after attending the 2-day Training Program, your MAM will remain a strong resource to assist you in managing the Credit Acceptance Program in your dealership -- serving as on-going trainer and consultant to help ensure you have the knowledge, skills and resources to maximize your profits.
In addition, Credit Acceptance University holds special training events on a regular basis. These include webcasts on timely issues or changes in our program details, and regional training events around the country focused on advanced techniques and best practices.
