What should I do if I forget my password?
Click on “Did you forget your password?”. An automated confirmation will be sent directly to you within 24 hours.
Whom do I contact if I have a problem with the system or with my application?

What format should my resume be in?
It is recommended your resume be formatted as a Microsoft Word, WordPerfect or Rich Text file.
How do I search for current vacancies?
The system allows you to search on all current open vacancies and allows you to apply for more than one vacancy at the same time.
How can I receive e-mail notifications of jobs that match my criteria?
Once you have logged into your account: Click on My Account in the navigation bar at the top.
Select the Preferences link. Select one or more categories in the Job Category area.
Scroll down to the E-mail Preferences section and check the box next to Receive emails of Matching Jobs and then click on the Save button.
Who will have access to my details once I register?
Human Resources and the hiring department will have access to your details for that specific vacancy only.
How do I change my personal information after I have submitted my application?
Log into the Credit Acceptance iRecruitment system at any time and update your personal information.
When and how will I be notified regarding the status of my application?
Your account will be instantly updated when any change of status is made to your application. You will be able to see details of these changes by logging into the system and checking the status history of your application.
Can I submit my resume for general consideration if there is not an opening that matches my qualifications?
You may only apply to an open vacancy; however you will be considered for all vacancies which match your qualifications just by registering in iRecruitment.

Minimum Browser Requirements
Ensure that your Internet Explorer version is at least Version 6.0. To verify your browser settings: from your web browser tool bar click on Help and then select About Internet Explorer.
Clear Internet Files and Delete Cookies
Navigate to your Internet Options Window by clicking on Tools> Internet Options in the menu toolbar. From the General tab navigate to the Temporary Internet Files region and click on the Delete Files button. Check the checkbox for Delete all off-line content and click OK to confirm. Then click on the Delete Cookies button and then click OK to confirm.
